- Flexible subscription management
- Home delivery service
3. Account Registration
To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Subscription & Billing
By subscribing to our service:
- You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Prices may change with 30 days' notice
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Promotional discounts apply only to the specified period
5. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard:
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- No refunds for partial subscription periods
- Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled
- Damaged or defective products may be eligible for replacement or refund
6. Shipping & Delivery
Regarding delivery of your subscription boxes:
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- You must provide an accurate shipping address
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or shipping carriers
- Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier

- Box contents may vary from images shown
- We reserve the right to substitute products of equal or greater value
